Portuguese Churrasco is one of the most traditional and popular dishes in Portuguese cuisine.
Churrasco is a popular style of cooking in Portugal which, as you see in our open kitchen, uses natural wood charcoal.
Our simple preparation and fresh ingredients combined with Churrasco cooking provides a tasty and tantalizing eating experience.
This distinctive style of barbecue cooking within our Churrasqueira provides our customers with an opportunity to enjoy meat, poultry, fish and seafood grilled over a hot fire while allowing only a minimal amount of the natural juices and flavours to escape.

A Sauce made from piri piri chilis (used as a seasoning or marinade) is Portuguese in origin and is also a especially prevalent in Angola, Namibia, Mozambique and South Africa.
It is made from crushed chillies, citrus peel, onion, pepper, garlic, salt, lemon juice, bay leaves, paprika, pimiento, basil, oregano, and tarragon.
Recipes vary from region to region but the common ingredients are chili, lemon, oil, and red bell peppers.
Of course, ours is the best one. The secrete is the precise combination of the above species. Maybe we don’t even use all of these ingredients.
Perhaps we add something else.
Nobody (else) knows.. but we invite you to try and guess.
